How do I complete the POS Order?

Finishing Orders

If/When you’re ready to proceed with the order, follow these steps to complete it.

  1. While viewing the order, tap on the green area (towards the lower right) where the grand total is written

You will be taken to the checkout portion of the app.

While in the checkout, you may review the order if necessary or go back to the previous shopping screen. You can also use the special order options mentioned previously (i.e. Add Discount, Custom Item, Notes)

Once you’re ready to accept payment for the order, you will tap the icon specific to the payment method that is set up on the app.

The payment methods shown on this screen will correlate to the payment methods you set up on the app in the App’s settings area. Click here to review that information.

  1. Tap on the icon of the payment method being used.
  2. Enter the payment amount or tap the displayed balance to add the full amount.

After entering the payment amount:

  1. Tap on the “Apply Payment” button to finish.

The order will be created and placed for the customer. From here, you may print the receipt or email it to the customer.

To begin a new order, tap the “New Order” button to go back to the App’s “Shopping” screens
