If the item being added to the order contains advanced options, then it will be listed as a single item, but with multiple prices. Tapping on the item will then let you select which variant of the item to use.
This will only work for products that are using advanced options. Items with just regular options won’t display in this method.
Also note that items with customizable options such as engraving/monogramming or logo uploads will not display data fields for these options. Instead, additional customizations will need to be entered as “custom items” on the POS App. Click here for more information on custom items in the POS App.
